Spa House extends the Fachwerk Premium language into a dedicated wellness pavilion. The same exposed glulam frame, high-performance envelope, and factory-precision detailing are applied to a programme organised around sauna, lounge, and bathing zones. Generous full-height glazing connects the interior to the landscape; the gable roof and broad eaves perform across snow, autumn and summer conditions. Two compact plan variants are offered, each combining a sauna suite, relaxation space, and supporting service areas.
